The Noble Steps

Our day-long, peer lead retreats are designed to fully engage your body, mind & spirit into meditation. Each retreat follows a schedule of guided meditations, singing bowl meditation, Qigong, 12-step yoga, mindful eating, dharma talks and much more. Retreats costs are typically $25 per person but scholarships are available for those in need. Please email us at thenoblesteps@gmail.com with any questions.

We encourage all attendees to try and come early and stay late to get the most out of our retreats but we understand that life happens. Please come in and out of our sacred space quietly and remove shoes prior to entering. If you are going to be late to the retreat please notify our facilitators ahead of time and we will ensure you have a saved spot!

This is a common fear of many first time retreat attendees so our retreats are designed to ease newcomers into our Buddhist recovery practices. We ask that you come with an open mind and please feel free to reach out to our facilitators with any questions or concerns.
